We were thrilled to have Zara Phillips visit the store again last week. Zara loved the coats from the D.EFECT collection, and a 60’s inspired hat by Lola Ehrlich New York which was “the coolest hat ever”!

We look forward to seeing Zara out and about wearing togs from Qetty Bang Bang!

New in store this week are little black dresses from designer ‘Outsider’. Based on a vintage look from the early 1960’s, these dresses are perfect for day through to evening wear. Made from 100% organic wool, these LBDs are excellent value at £156. We have a limited number of these dresses, so please call the store (01666 503148) if you would like us to hold one for you. Also by Outsider are the shirt dresses and double layer shirts, all from organic cotton, which is luxuriously thick and soft, in a rich cream shade – perfect for Autumn.

One of Qetty Bang Bang’s biggest fans, Sue Silletto, came to us for her wedding dress and chose a 1920’s bias cut dress in champagne satin, embellished with diamante stones. Here’s what Sue had to say after the wedding;

“We got married on September 25th and the dress literally stole the show. I had so many complements about it that I began to think the dress was the only thing anyone was interested in!

I’ve attached a few photos of me and my lovely new hubby, Pete, so that you can see how great the dress looked. I absolutely love what you stock and rave about the shop to everyone – I only wish I was smaller so that I could fit into more of your vintage clothes!”

The much anticipated collection from upcoming designer Dynasty is now featured in store, and in our online shop.

Jewellery designer Kamilla Thorsen experiments with the contrast of matt and shiny and old and new, using vintage components such as antique chain and French beading circa 1900, thus creating a special limited edition quality to her work.

Dynasty’s collections feature her signature ‘Butterfly’, which is hand made from plexi-glass, intricately engraved and hand polished, giving it a glass like quality, which has become a unique component in her design ethos.

The range available at Qetty Bang Bang goes from small and dainty right through to bold statement pieces, so there’s something for everyone. Prices start at £37, and certain pieces are available to order in different colour ways.

Our much anticipated collection for men arrives in store on Tuesday 14th September.

For the well-dressed Gent who finds high street fashion dreary and uninspiring, the new line of menswear at Qetty Bang Bang in Tetbury is a must. The hand-customised jackets by Holland Esquire, with wonderfully cut tailoring and unexpected design twists – eccentric buttons, unusual fabrics, prominent stitching and the most amazing silk linings in striking colours, will be complimented by shirts in Liberty fabrics, trousers, knitwear and quirky scarves.

The new line will be teamed with a range of accessories, including funky handmade leather box-bags – ideal for laptops, belts and caps by Cherchbi, and cufflinks by Swallow New York.
